Email support@ciderpilot.com. A person reads it. We aim to reply within one business day, and faster during harvest.
If something looks wrong in a batch record or a TTB report, include the batch name or the reporting period and we will look at the underlying data rather than guess.
How CiderPilot fits together
Everything follows the fruit. Each step creates the record the next one starts from, which is why there is a natural order to setting up:
- Tanks (Cellar) — every vessel you ferment or age in.
- Vendors — your growers and suppliers. You can also add one straight from any purchase or press form.
- Fruit — recorded as a purchase (Inventory), or weighed straight in when you press.
- Press runs (Pressing) — finishing one puts the juice in a tank and creates the batch. Batches are never made by hand; they come from pressing, buying juice, or blending.
- Readings and additions (Cellar) — gravity, pH, temperature and additives, logged on the batch as it ferments.
- Packaging — bottling, canning and kegging start from a batch and use packaging materials you have purchased.
- Reports — TTB figures are built from all of the above, starting from the opening balances set in TTB setup.
The dashboard's getting-started checklist walks through the same steps and ticks each one off as you go.
Common questions
How do I get my staff in?
An administrator adds them from the Admin page. Everyone is included in the subscription — there is no per-seat charge, so adding seasonal help during harvest costs nothing.
I forgot my password
Use the reset link on the sign-in page. If the email does not arrive, check spam, then write to us and we will reset it directly.
Is there a mobile app?
An iOS app is on the way. When it launches it will be included free for subscribers and sign in with the same account. Until then, the web app works on phones and tablets, so you can log readings standing in the cellar.
Can another cidery see my data?
No. Each organization's records are separated in the database itself, not only in the application.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. An administrator can download all of your records at any time from the Billing page — including after a trial or subscription ends. If you would rather have them as CSV, email us. Your records are yours, and we would rather you left with them than felt stuck.
Do you file my TTB reports for me?
No. CiderPilot prepares and reconciles the figures from your production records; you review, sign and file them. The filing remains your responsibility as the permit holder.
How do I cancel?
From the Billing page, which opens the Stripe billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Ask us and we will export your records before you go.
