CiderPilot is production and compliance software for cideries. It keeps one record of every batch from the fruit you buy through pressing, fermentation, packaging and inventory, tracks the cost of each batch, and prepares the figures for your federal TTB and state excise reports, so a cidery can stop running its cellar out of spreadsheets. It is sold as a monthly subscription for the whole cidery.
One plan, the CiderPilot Cidery plan: $20 a month for your whole cidery, however many people work there.

What is included
- Fruit and juice purchasing, vendors and cost per ton
- Press runs, yields per variety and juice lots
- Fermentation: gravity, ABV, additives, rackings and transfers
- Packaging into bottles, cans and kegs, with lot codes
- Inventory, and sales through Square if you use it
- TTB reporting figures, including hard cider tax class monitoring
- Cost of goods per batch
Everything is included. There is no higher tier holding the reporting hostage. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax is added where it applies.
Questions people ask
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. Your records stay safe and you can download them any time from the billing page; the rest of the app is paused until you subscribe. Add a card during the trial and billing simply starts the day the trial ends.
What if I cancel?
You keep access to the end of the month or year you have paid for, and you can export your records before you go. See the Terms for the detail.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. The subscription is the whole of what we charge.
